Stationary hydraulic platform is used for loading and unloading goods in the warehouse, workshop, 
car and container. It can load and unload goods from the ground directly without cargo platform, 
steel frames etc., the special designed movable transition slab can lap with car smoothly. It is 
convenient to load and unload goods by forklift and manual hydraulic forklift smoothly. It plays the 
role of the aerial work platform equipment perfectly. Torsional spring balance function of their
 transition slab make the operation easy, platform is flat with the ground after finished homework

Details:
1. Power system: the three-phase asynchronous motor, water proof and explosion proof, high and low temperature resistance, environmental adaptation ability is stronger.
 
2.Lifting hinge plate
Support structure of hydraulic lift platform, high strength, flexible rotation is a basic requirement for lifting hinge 
plate.
The machine adopts wide plate and special hinge shaft design to ensure the stable lifting goods considering the
 characteristics of the lifting platform.
 
3. Electrical part
It contains automatic circuit breaker, fuse, alternating current contactor,thermal relay, safety limited switch, foot 
switch. Alternating current contactor and thermal relay protect the oil motor from overloading and loss of
 pressure. Automatic circuit breaker and fuse protect circuit from overloading and short circuit. Foot switch is
 used for controlling machine tool's lifting. 
 
4. hydraulic pump station
It contains pumps, motors, cylinders, valves and tank.The lift of machine is done by a ¢90 mm cylinder. The 
design of large diameter rod support good's weight effectively to ensure the safety of the lifting platform.
  
5.Workbench
It is welded by thick steel plate. Its structure fully considers workbench 's balance when lifting goods, ensuring
 hydraulic lift platform lift smoothly without loading. Standard size of platform is 2400 mm * 1200 mm (customized
 sizes based on customer requirements), there are three kinds of platform: 1. standard (horizontal surface);
