Capacity from 50Ton to 300Ton, for launching precast girder, a good ideal equipment for bridge lifting, technical advanced, safe crane.

The launching gantry is used to place concrete bridge and pier segments for elevated roadways and bridges by spanning the distance between a finished road segment and the next roadway pier or column. While spanning this distance, the launching gantry picks up each bridge segment and suspends the segments from beneath the overhead truss moving the segments into place.

Launching equipment works for two process action, one is launching span, the other is beam erection process, both two processes form one working cycle, i.e. launching next span after completing one span beams erection.
Different different bridges with construction method, there maybe single breadth forward erection or two breadth forward erection at same time. Obviously, two breadth erection at the same time is much higher efficiency than single breadth erection, and there is no direct effect to launching equipment. Provided construction method and construction site allowed, the two breadth forward at the same time erection method totally can be selected .
